Myth -The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence! Or not?!

I have just recently been invitated by a reputable overseas European curator to exhibit 3 selected works (seen on the internet) in an international group curated exhibition in Italy for Nov-Dec 08.  The curated theme really reasonates with my whole approach to art.

I love the idea BUT... the costs involved of my sending and returning (if not sold) 3 artworks, largest being 2 x 4' x 4' canvases, plus the $1000 Euro (approx AU$1700) exhibiting fee, are so impractical (mounts up into the many $1000's) its really all 'pie in the sky' so to speak for this remote regional country artist.
