Sydney College of the Arts invites all recent graduates (2003-07) to apply for the Fauvette Loureiro Memorial Artists Travel Scholarship 2007. The scholarship of $28,000 is to be used towards study or development of graduates' art practice through a program of travel. The winner will be selected from an exhibition of selected finalists held at the SCA Galleries in October 2007.

Proposals may be submitted to CCP at any time during the year and are reviewed annually for the following year’s program. Proposals are accepted from artists and curators and are limited to one per applicant, per year. The deadline for the next review process is 1 May 2007 for exhibition in 2008.

Wollongong City Gallery 2007 Resident Artist

The Resident Artist program is specifically aimed at artists residing in the Illawarra region, and does not include domestic accommodation, but is a studio work space only. The successful applicant will be required to contribute to the Gallery’s public programs, including a youth mentorship program and studio open days, which will be negotiated with the Gallery for the successful applicant.

Raumars artist-in-residence program for both international and national artists. The fields of art include visual arts, applied art, design, architecture,music, dance, literature and theathre. Residencies last usually from 2 months up to 4 months.

The Landerer Arts UK Scholarship

The scholarship is a $30,000 contribution to the fees and living costs of a postgraduate course in the arts and creative industries in the UK starting in 2008.
