Australia Council Inter-Arts Grants
The purpose of the Inter-Arts category is to support artists investigating new artistic practice through interdisciplinary and hybrid arts who wish to engage in research and development, creative development and/or production. A project can span more than 12 months.

The Tom Malone Prize is an annual acquisitive prize open to glass artists throughout Australia. Each year $10, 000 is awarded to the winner, and the winning work then becomes part of the State Art Collection at the Art Gallery of Western Australia. Each applicant may submit only one work and this must have been produced in the 12 month period between 1 February 2008 and 30 January 2009.

Kayili Artists, Patjarr

An opportunity to work for a small group of inspiring artists of the Gibson Desert in a challenging environment. Not for the faint hearted, the Kayili Artists Art Centre is located at Patjarr, a tiny and extremely remote Aboriginal community in the Ngaanyatjarra Lands near the WA/NT border.
