The system says ‘The e-mail address … is already taken’ when I try to register?

This means that you already have a user account – click on Can’t sign in (under the login box) and enter the email address only – this will automatically send an email that will allow you to reset the password and log in.

Browser Tips

These web pages are compatible with all modern browers, however we recommend viewing the site with Mozilla/Firefox. The site is not supported by Internet Exporer for macs, and at this stage, there is a problem with the drop down menus in Internet Explorer for PCs, however this does not disable access to the site as these menus are also duplicated on the far left of each page when you click on the primary menu item. If you are using an older web browser the pages may not display correctly.

You can download the latest version of your preferred web browser from one of the following locations:

Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your computer and are used to attach your browser to a session. If you have problems logging into the site then this may be because they have cookies turned off or they are blocked.

There are many things that can block cookies, firewalls, virus checkers and browser add-ons (like IE toolbars) as well as your own browser settings, all eventualities cannot be covered here. You can enable cookies in your browser settings, e.g. for Firefox under the Tools/Options/Privacy menu. Cookie permissions in other browsers can often be altered in a similar manner.

Is the Shop secure?

The Shop area of our site is secure and uses industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and server certification to ensure secure transactions. Payment details are not stored on the secure server and are sent to us in encrypted form. This means that any information you send us is protected by encryption to prevent unauthorized access to your information. It's easy to tell when you are protected by encryption -- the lock or key at the bottom of your browser changes color or is no longer broken. This varies depending on your browser. You will also notice that the http in the url has changed to https (meaning a secure site).

Further information on NAVA's e-Commerce policies can be found here.
