Artist Statement
Estelle Ihász is a Melbourne-based visual artist, completing her Masters in Visual Art at Victorian College of the Arts in 2006.
Current practice engages photographic, sculptural and conceptual methodologies inspired by architecture, vectors, light, design and typography.
Past work deployed photography to explore ideas of time and ephemerality through light, colour and abstraction.
In 2004 Ihász completed a Graduate Diploma in Graphic Design, RMIT, Melbourne; and a Bachelor of Visual Arts (with Honours) from ANU Institute of the Arts, Canberra, in 2002.
