coptic bound bookform created from used Collier encyclopaedia volumes. Each section of the book is created from a single encyclopaedia page. When displayed as a traditional form, the book is 2.4m (8ft) wide - but the work can be displayed in almost limitless variation - here it is coiled freeform - superseded knowledge folding in and over itself...
