Artist Statement
Lauren Sutter (b. 1985) works as an arts writer and has been developing her practice since graduating from the Adelaide Centre for the Arts in 2005. Since then, she has completed a Graduate Diploma in Art History, and is now undertaking a Masters in Art History. Lauren is part of the collaborative street art group, Church on Fire, and also works under the umbrella of Invader Design Collective. She has performed with the music ensemble, The Mandala Project, since 2003 and is one half of the chiptune/ electronica duo, Hidden Village, alongside Sebastian Tomczak (B.Mus.Tech. (Hons.), M.A.).
