The Windmill Trust Scholarship for Regional NSW Artists

The Windmill Trust Scholarship was established in memory of Penny Meagher, artist and a former Director of the Macquarie Galleries. A scholarship of up to $5,000 is awarded annually.

This trust has been designed to assist regional visual artists who:

• are working broadly in the areas of painting, printmaking, sculpture or drawing
• are professional artists
(for details see NAVA’s definition of a professional artist) who need financial assistance in establishing their career
• are Australian citizens and NSW residents
• have lived in regional NSW (more than 70 km from the Sydney GPO) for a minimum of 5 years continuously.

The Windmill Trust Scholarship is administered by the National Association for the Visual Arts (NAVA).
