The Art of Mentoring - Movers and Makers

Presented in partnership with Parramatta Artist Studios as part of Movers and Makers 2018

The role of mentoring in building a sustainable contemporary visual arts practice is increasingly valuable. NAVA will host a discussion between Coby Edgar (Assistant Curator, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art, AGNSW), Josephine Skinner (Co Director, Cement Fondu) and artist/writer Talia Smith (Chair, Runway) around their diverse experience with informal and formal mentoring. Facilitated by Penelope Benton (General Manager, NAVA).

This event was part of Movers and Makers 2018.
