Mari Ann Lewis for services to the visual arts as an ambassador for Australian art, through administrative roles with arts organisations in Australia and overseas and through philanthropic contributions to galleries

Nina Angelo for services to the arts and to the community of the Central Coast
Philip John Handel  for services to the visual arts using the medium of stained glass, and to the community
Antony David Jones for services to the visual arts as a sculptor and educator
