This summit aims to:
- Position the arts within a broader framework – environmental, social, economic and cultural
- Encourage cross-discipline and cross-region interaction and collaboration between creative industry practitioners
- Support and promote the region’s professional artists and creative workers
- Address the needs of emerging artforms and emerging artists
InterACTIVE in Noosa offers an exciting line-up of speakers, topics and forums – with time for fun and debate, interaction and exploration. Keynote speakers include Dr Paul Brown, a playwright, screenwriter, and also a lecturer in History and Philosophy of Science. Prof. Ian Lowe, previously Head of the School of Science Griffith University and the recipient of the Prime Minster's Environmental Award for Outstanding Individual Achievement.
