Call for applications to Art for Collectors 2012

Art for Collectors 2012 is an annual collection of art that brings artists and their art to gain extended exposure and collectors' interest in buying art.

There is no right or wrong art and there is no right or wrong way to buy or collect art. With over 200,000 art lovers and art related organizations artoteque.com will bring interest to your art and your work will be seen by thousands of potential buyers.

The more extensive the artist's profile the better. The more significant collection, the more important the artist tends to be. Apply today!
 
ELIGIBILITY

The annual collection is open to all fine artists, amateur and professional, from all countries.
The theme is open, with registration and submission online to submit@artoteque.com.

Entries without a fully completed application form will not be accepted. If you are not able to feel the PDF application form you can submit a letter that includes: name, country, number of the works submitted and the method of entry fee payment.

WORKS TO BE RECEIVED

Submit 6 - 12 digital files, Jpeg [.JPG] versions of the submitted works online sized to 800 pix (28 cm. /11 on the large side) 72 dpi, created within the last 5 years.

The works submitted must be the sole creation of the exhibiting artist. Entries must include your name, the title of the artwork, year, medium, size, sale price.

ENTRY FEE

There is a US$80 | Euro 50 entry fee for 6 works and US$15 | Euro 10 for each additional work one year on display beginning with the date of inclusion. Payment by Direct Transfer on account (ask for details), Western Union (ask for details) and by PayPal.

AWARDS

Grand Prize. One Artist will be awarded two-pages in "ARTISTS OF TODAY 100 Contemporary Artists" a quality art book for collectors. Award value 4,900 Euro.

Award of Distinction. Two Artists will be awarded one-page in "ARTISTS OF TODAY 100 Contemporary Artists". Award value 2,450 Euro.

Honorable  Award. 60 Artists will be selected for Diploma of Excellence.
 
ART BUYERS

We send out a monthly files of artists in our displays to over 200,000 subscribers, collectors and art lovers interested in buying art.

If art buyers are interested in purchasing any artwork featured on artoteque.com they need to contact the gallery. The gallery commission is 10%.

EXHIBITION PERIOD AND VENUE

ART FOR COLLECTORS will run one-year beginning with the date of the inclusion.
