Representing over 40 female artists of Sydney's inner west

The Marrickville Women’s Salon is a selective-intake exhibition aimed at giving a voice to contemporary female artists of the inner west, and gives the public an opportunity to discover Sydney’s vast and varied artistic talent.

Selection of over female 40 artists has been made by the exhibition curator and/or selection panel, based on the aesthetic strength of the artwork and its quality of execution. Artworks are recent pieces created within the last year. Participants are artists, designers or craft-workers who are either residents, or involved in the arts in the inner west of Sydney.
