Inquiry into Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Amendment (Terrorist Material) Bill 2007.

Several arts industry bodies including NAVA have made submissions in response to the Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Amendment (Terrorist Material) Bill 2007, which proposes tighter controls on the forms of representation mentioned. We recommended either that the provisions not be adopted or that a clearer exemption be provided for artists.
